Terms and Conditions

The OSK Magdalenka Driver Training Centre provides training for Category B driver candidates. The course may be started by a person who has obtained parental or guardian consent and is at least three months away from the required minimum age.

1. The student is responsible for the accuracy of submitted documents and information. Individuals subject to a valid driving ban or holding a negative medical or psychological assessment may not participate. Any changes preventing course participation (e.g., expired medical certificates, license suspension) must be reported in writing. Failure to notify will make the student or guardian fully liable for any damages.
2. The instructor waits 20 minutes for the student. After this period, the lesson is considered cancelled due to the student’s fault, and the cost of the missed lesson is 100 PLN/hour according to the reserved hours.
3. Cancellation of a scheduled lesson is possible without charge at least 4 hours before the lesson.
4. After each practical lesson, the student signs the lesson record and the entry in the training program.
5. Students who are ill are asked to cancel lessons in advance.
6. Lessons will not take place if the student arrives under the influence of alcohol or similar substances; in such cases, a fee of 100 PLN/hour applies.
7. Course prices are guaranteed for 6 months from the registration date.
8. If an invoice is required, details must be provided no later than at the time of payment; otherwise, a receipt will be issued and available for collection within 7 days.
9. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days in accordance with Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act.
